Pavlova

From meringue, take one step ahead. I do pavlova! Love this dessert so much..

- Pavlova is a meringue- based dessert named after the Russian ballet dancer Anna Pavlova. It is a meringue dessert with crisp crust and  soft, light inside. This dessert is believed to have been created in honor of the dancer either during or after one of her tour to Australia and New Zealand in 1920s. The nationality of its creator has been a source of argument between the 2 nations for manyyears, but formal research indicates New Zealand as the source- (source from Wikipedia)

This dessert is popular to serve during celebratory or festival. Topped with summer fruits to balance the sweetness from the crust and whipped cream.. even think about this right now, feels like want to bake it. The difficult thing about this dessert, they really takes a few hours to bake and need to dry it in the oven before able to serve it.

Pavlova topped with kiwi and India mango.. that mango is too die for, the taste just like Mango that ate when I was in Manilla
